At Touchiee, we’re a small but passionate team shipping directly from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order safely, discreetly, and reliably.

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

If you’re located in another country and would like to purchase from us, feel free to contact us directly — we’re still growing, and we’re happy to explore solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notice:
Due to legal and cultural restrictions, Touchiee does not ship or sell adult products to Islamic countries.


Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via international air express from Guangzhou.
We do not offer standard/express tiers — we always choose the fastest and most reliable available route for your region.

Estimated delivery time (natural days):

  • Australia: 8-17 days

  • United States: 8-15 days

  • Canada:  10-15 days

  • Singapore: 7-14 days

  • Vietnam: 4-13 days


 


Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


Discreet & Secure Packaging

Your privacy matters. Every order is shipped in a plain, unbranded zip-tear cardboard box.
This packaging cannot be opened cleanly without pulling the tear strip, which helps:

  • ensure your privacy,

  • provide a clear indication if the package has been tampered with,

  • assist in determining responsibility between the courier and the recipient should any delivery dispute arise.
