We are not a product brand or manufacturer. We began as a small, close-knit community of women passionate about exploring and discussing intimate wellness products. Now, we act as a trusted guide and consultant for customers looking to purchase women’s adult toys.
We do not favor any particular brand. Instead, every product we list has been personally tested by our team, and our recommendations are based solely on honest, hands-on results and user experience.

Yes. All materials are body-safe and free from harmful chemicals. And most of the products listed are with certifications(e.g. CE, RoHS). For more details about the materials, please visit our blogs "Touchiee's Corner" for in-depth guides and safety information.
Every product recommended by Touchiee has been personally tested by our dedicated team member. We also maintain internal test reports for each item we feature.

As a small, growing company, we currently only ship to:

  • Canada
  • Singapore
  • United States
  • Vietnam

If you are located outside these regions but are very interested in one of our recommended products, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Due to industry restrictions — most global payment platforms and e-wallets place limitations on adult toy merchants — we are currently only able to accept major debit and credit cards.
Available options will be shown at checkout.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure all customers' privacy. So don't worry about "adult toys or Touchiee" appear on the shipping label.
But please note that in order to pass your country's shipping customs, we are required to include an external packing list on your package, so "Personal Massager" or "Battery-Operated Massager" may be listed clearly on your delivery.

All orders are shipped by air freight to ensure faster delivery.
Typical delivery times are:
  • Australia & Vietnam: usually 10–14 business days
  • United States: usually 14–20 business days

We cannot guarantee any shipping dates due to logistics and customs clearance outside of our control.

Shipping cost and any applicable duties would be calculated separately and clearly displayed at checkout. So there are no surprises at the time of delivery and you don't need to pay extra shipping or duties upon delivery.

We want everything to stay clear and honest. We use the preset weight of each product to calculate shipping so you can see your total cost instantly at checkout—no surprises later.

The final package weight can change depending on how many items you order and which box size we end up using. These details are only confirmed after we pack your order, so it’s impossible to calculate the exact weight in advance.

To keep things simple and fair, our preset weight already includes the product, protective materials, and part of the outer packaging. If the final weight ends up slightly different, we cover the difference. You’ll never be asked to pay extra shipping after checkout.

For hygiene reason, we have a strict no return or exchange policy for all products, unless defective or damaged upon arrival, or if we shipped the wrong item.
